PINGALAKHI Public Welfare Organization(PPWO) was established in the year 1991 as a philanthropic social organization and registered under the societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 to take up social works in the field of Health Education, Value & Culture training research and socio economic development of the deprived and the deprivileged masses including those living is remote and far-flung areas.

Mission and Vision
The vision and Mission of PINGALAKHI PUBLIC WELFARE ORGANISATION guide us towards our goal of overcoming poverty and ensuring a life of dignity and security for the marginalized population. More focus is on women, girls and Persons with Disabilities for enabling them through education and training, to realize their rights, avail resources and opportunities, fight for social injustice, develop leadership capabilities and to build a better future.
Aims and Objectives
To accelerate the actions in the field of health, education, socio-economic culture, research and training through participatory approach for improving quality of life for these deprived sections in Society, Pingalakhi Public Welfare Organization sincerely hopes that, it can act effectively carry out with its young, energetic and enthusiastic inmates/ Volunteers for achievement of organizational objectives.

It is my great honor to share with you the Annual Report 2015-16. This report comes to you with pride, as it is a collection of our most significant accomplishments and our most special stories from the past year.
PPWO continued devote its effort towards enhancing social justice and empowering disadvantage group of the society. Our programs like Professional courses, Vocational Training and Awareness programs continuing as in the previous year. The year 2015-16 has been event full one for PPWO.

Strength
Besides well expertise advisory board, the professionals in the committees and highly committing members from different sections have joined hands for achievement of the overall mission of the organization.
Though, the registered office is functioning in a rented building, all necessary infrastructure for smooth operation of day to day works have been provided. The office has well equipped conference hall where usual training and workshops are being conducted to interact with people and activities. Adequate numbers of staff have also been deployed in fields. The management of the organization as well as the networking system has been well managed for effective functioning of the work and utmost satisfaction of the beneficiaries.
